Icon Keyboard Shortcut Weirdness

I have an Access app that I had assigned Ctrl+Shift+H as a shortcut to the
desktop icon. Well, I want to change it as I am using that key combination
in another program, and it just doesn't seem to go away. I've deleted the
desktop icon, and recreated it without a keyboard shortcut, but the old
keyboard shortcut still persists.

An ideas about where to definitively get rid of this KB shortcut would be
appreciated. Thanks!

Your best bet would be to undelete the original shortcut, then
cancel the key combination.
