ICF - USER - RUN AS?

Hi

For a security reason I work in account with User's
perrmission. I'm connected to the NET by cable and I use
ICF firewall in Windows XP. But sometimes I must change
firewall settings for example: games. But with User
perrmission I can't do it. And command "runas" with admin
on Network Connection doesn't work. So I have to log off,
login like Admin change settings of ICF and then log off
and login like a User. My question is, can I somehow
change setting of ICF from User account when I know Admin
login?

Thanks

Replace "OEMCOMPUTER" in the line below with your
Computername (or Domain Name.) This is one complete line
which may wrap. The quotes are necessary.

RUNAS.EXE /ENV /USER:OEMCOMPUTER\Administrator "C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE /e, ::{7007ACC7-3202-11D1-AAD2-00805FC1270E}"

Be sure to close all the Property Pages in the ICF
settings, and the Explorer Window, when finished.
