I want to Use Firewall

Hi,
I want to use Firewall in my network to control
Internet speed & monitoring Internet speed.
so i want to disable some port but i dont which port i am
using can you help me.
I am using Internet,Outlook Express,Microsoft
Outlook,Chatting only.so just tell me which port i should
to keep enable for work this thing & which is very
important to work system properly.

Why not just use the firewall to *block* the ports? Speed isn't the issue,
it's security that is.

NetGear FVS318 might work for you - it's very easy to install and is not
expensive. It will block all inbound ports by default.
