I want to set up a autoreply that reply's evertime a mail is sent

When we set up a autoreply it only seems to reply once to a individual user.
Mulitple people can send mail and get one reply. But if they send to it again
it does not reply.

This is true for the OOF and when the rule is being used with POP3 account.
If you create the rule for an Exchange account it will reply to every
message.

What account type and method of autoreplying are you using?
