i want to replace cmd with powershell

hi,

is it possible to boot in ptrotected mode and replace the cmd prompt
with powershell.exe?

im askin as i want to type [run] -> cmd, as usual but i want to
uninstall cmd and replace it with powershell,
same with notepad

is it possible to replace notepad with scite.exe?

i tried to remove notepad, but after a reboot all changes are
undone...

i got no clue about powershell

No, because of System File Protection. Best to create a shortcut on
your Desktop and launch them that way.

well, it is possible.
if i could mount my filesystem under linux i could easyly replace the
two files with any other.
Windows only check the "undo log", but windows has no "checksum
controll" or something,
does noone know howto?
