I want to change the DPI setting on a slide saved as JPED

I have Powerpoint 97 and am working on a project that requires me to save a
slide as JPEG with a DPI setting of 200-300. I am having trouble changing the
DPI setting. Is the default DPI 72? Is this even possible to change this with
Powerpoint 97? If so, how exactly can I do it? If it is not possible to
change the DPI, would it be possible on an upgraded version of Powerpoint? I
hope someone can help me on this ASAP. I am spending a lot of time on this
issue and am worried about not finishing the project in time. Thanks!
