I want to change control panel action

Hi, I would like to know how to change the way control panel opens in
the start menu. Currently there is a small black arrow or triangle
next to the words "control panel". When you move the pointer to it the
list appears. I would like to remove the black symbol and just click
for the control panel icons window. How do I change this? Please help
with this little problem if you can. Thank you.

Thanks for the solution. I went about this backwards this time. I had
Googled for the answer after I had posted. I found it here.
