I want prevent peoples to copy my document and paste in another document.
Although I'e locked my document and nobody can edit it ,but yet it is
possible to copy the text and paste in a new document and save it in a new
name.

The formatting and editing restrictions in Word are very easily bypassed (as
you've noticed).

What you should do is set a password to open the document, and share that
password only with people you trust.

Even if there were some way to block the 'copy' commands and
processes, it would still be possible to do a screen capture (and some
screen capture programs can capture text as well as images). Once
something is visible on a computer screen, it can be grabbed in any
number of different ways.

I suppose it MIGHT be possible to write a program that disables
highlighting and Ctrl-C/Copy operations, searches for and blocks any
of thirty or forty different screen capture programs, and then embed
the word doc into the application. And someone would surely find a way
around it in five minutes! (Could just take a photo of the screen!)

What you ask is impossible. ANY document you allow someone to view can be
copied.
