I use "Print Screen" key, but the paste function is not available.

I have XP OS and PowerPoint 2002 on my work and home computer. At work, I
paste computer screen shots by pressing the "Print Screen" key then pasting
the screen shot to a PowerPoint slide. For some reason, when I try to do
this on my home computer, the paste function is not available (grayed out).
Could someone please tell me what might be wrong with my home computer?

Thank You.

On my computer "Control-printscreen" works to copy
and then "control-V" works to paste. Try it.
I think some people complain about the quality of the paste
function for pictures (whether via paste or Control-V)
but I have no complaints.
You might also want to reduce the size of the picture once it is in PowerPoint
which you do via the format command.
