i replaced my saved file with a blank one, can i retrieve it?

i accidently clicked yes you replace my file and now its blank, can i
possibly find this

If it had indeed been saved to disk, and you haven't saved anything
else to the same disk (which might have overwritten some or all of
it), then you might be able to use file recovery software to locate
it, but it's not something Windows or Word or Office can do for you.
