I no longer have the WAB DLL installed, is this possible ?

When I open my outlook and try to save a new contact, a box appears saying
that the WAB DLL is no longer installed. How can this be ?

I no longer have any of my Windows 2000 discs. Is there a way I can get the
WAB DLL back ?

First of all, Outlook does not use the WAB.
Outlook Express does.
Just reinstall or repair OE.
