I need some help to create images with round corners.

Hi.

Can someone tell me how I can Make images look like this one here:

I would like to have a frame exactly like this one around my images with the
black and white frame and round corners like shown in the link above.
Please someone help me out here.
I'm using Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006.

You can create the frame with the tools
you have in DIS2006.

Create a blank with round corners and
use the following tutorials to create the
border. Actually I have some templates
I made with round corners that I will e-mail
to you if you post an e-mail address. It would
give you something to experiment with.

Here's the software I used for that:

This program comes with a small set of frames to use, but there is a huge
collection of frames on it's native website. Just come there and look for a
frame you need. Tons of them!
