like in the first sheet some vehicles doesn’t have some documents then we
mentioned No with yellow colour and Yes in green color, later 15 days again
we have to audit the same vehicles then we compare both sheets that time if
same documents have in the same vehicle then it will come in green color if
not the document it will come to in red color. Is it possible?

Hi Rohinikumar

Select sheet1 data and name that range as say "myName" . From menu
Insert>Name>Define

1. In Sheet2 select the data range say B1:G1000. Make sure the active cell
is B1.
Active cell will have a white background even after selection
2. From menu Format>Conditional Formatting>
3. For Condition1>Select 'Formula Is' and enter the below formula
=AND(VLOOKUP($A1,myName,COLUMN(),0)="NO",B1="NO")

4. Click Format Button>Pattern and select your color (say Red)
5. Hit OK

PS: If you are using XL2007 Goto Home tab>Styles>Conditional
Formatting>Manage rules>New rule>Use a formula to determine which cells to
format. Enter the formula in the box below.
