Maybe the following steps will help...
Good luck...
Connect the camera and turn it on...
Go to...My Computer...and right click
the icon for the Camera...
Choose...Properties / Autoplay tab...
Open the drop window and choose...Pictures.
Tick: Select an action to perform.
Click....Restore Defaults button / Apply / OK.
