My Internet Explorer 6 browser will not except cookies.
I'm trying a self fix it I found in the help area, but I
can't figure out where to get this following exe it says I
need. I need hotfix Q316116. I've tried to fix it the
conventional way through internet options then in the
security area but still nothing. I'm using Windows ME if
that helps. Any suggestions would be great.
