I need help with a problem I am having with sychronizing my palm

I have a Palm Treo and having a very difficult time sychronizing my Outlook
2000 contacts. Palm indicates that this is a Microsoft dilemma. It appears
that the contacts show up in personal folder instead of main folder. Can
someone please help me with this? Thank you.

Your Palm should sync with whatever folders are in your delivery location.

I used to have a Palm V and M500.. don't know what software you get with a
treo but i had to install a third party software
(http://www.chapura.com/support.php) to use Outlook 2000.
