I need help whith my computer!

I need help with my windows 2000 pro. I got the computer
from a person at work and, I forgot to ask him what the
password was. Now im stuck because I wont be able to talk
to him agin for awhile to ask him what the password is!
can u help me is there any way to find it out or change
it???

Reboot to Safe Mode, select Administrator, leave password
blank.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel and
delete/change the
password.

You do not need to reinstall if you forgot the admin or
any other password.

There is a boot disk you can download at:

that will let you reset the password of any account on
NT4, Windows2000 or
XP.

Just follow all the default settings which are for the
admin account.
