I need help replacing a windows xp 64 disk

I got it from Microsoft during their Tech. Upgrade Program, and my disk now
has a crack in it. I contacted Microsofts Replacement Parts Department, but
they don't deal with XP64 and suggested I just buy a new copy. The Tech.
Upgrade people don't seem to be around anymore. If anyone knows how I can get
a copy of this disk, or even where I can download the files as I have a valid
product key, please let me know.
