I NEED HELP BEFORE I THROW COMP.OUT THE WINDOW!!!!

ok, heres the deal.....it started about a week ago, I was playing this online
game and all of a sudden, out of no where my computer restarts. i had been
playing the game for like 2 weeks at that point and with no problems. so it
restarts and i went back into it, i was playing for about a half hour and it
does it again. SO im thinking, it the game, but then it starts doing it even
when im not playing the game and now i cant even start the computer, it just
restarts before i even get to the desktop, and i just did a clean install and
tried to play the game again and its doing the same
thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again. I meet all the requirements to play the
game and had been playing before with no problems. I just dont get it. I
thought i had a virus did a scan cleaned all them out. before i did the clean
install. when i try to start comp. first it says COMPUTER IS NOT WORKABLE
-CHK CPU SOFT SOMETHING IN SET UP OR PRESS F1 TO CONTINUE....SO I PRESS F1
THEN IT SAYS VERIFYING SOMETHING THEN it says something like : Intel EXP-E61
media faailure, chk cable and it keeps saying that over and over..... but if
i even happen to get it past that the computer just restarts before it gets
to the desktop ...... someone plz help

Apparently, your computer eXPerienced some sort of
hardware failure, possibly the video adapter, motherboard,
or CPU. Perhaps you should consider taking your computer
to a qualified computer technician for analysis and diagnosis.

For some reason I cant make my own user account and my computer is
blocking Websites that i didn't block but on my Computer i can't go to
user accounts and hit make account the button is gone please tell me
how to get my button
