I need a Gantt view of resources assigned in Outlook Calendar

In addition to the traditional Outlook Calendar view, I would like to be able
to view my shared-calendar-based staffing resource assignments in a Gantt
view. I would like this to be accomplished dynamically via a view toggle.
At present I must export the calendar data to a be imported into Visio or
Project. This files-based export/import methodology leads to static data,
cumbersome procedures, and unecessary additional software, where the
additional benefits of these packages offer no further advantage in this
particular context. Also, there presently is no easy method for uniquely
identifying recurring scheduled resources. I can envision resources of
various types such as personnel, equipment, facilities, etc.

Such a thought provoking answer.

Milly would you (or others) expand on why you don't think Mikek's
request/suggestion is worthy of consideration? Perhaps this a third party
solution or something to that effect?

If this is a suggestion, then I have no power over it. It should be sent to
(e-mail address removed) with Outlook in the subject.

However, I thought it was a request for how to do it in this version and it
can't be done.
