Well, I hope you can find this but...

The Microsoft webpage is NOT the forum.

The Microsoft webpage is one of many "newsreaders", a tool to view the
messages and replies, which are stored on "Newsgroups". The initial news
server is Microsoft's msnews.microsoft.com, but the messages get propagated to
thousands of *other* news servers. You can use a "Newsreader" program, such as
Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, Seamonkey, Agent, etc. etc. to read these
messages; you'll find that a good newsreader lets you store messages locally
for future reference, sort them flexibly, etc.

There are lots of third-party websites which "scrape" the newsgroups to
display the messages. Some of them (infuriatingly) charge a fee and pretend
that the messages are their own property, but the free ones might be a bit
easier to use than the older newsreader technology, if you're firmly in the
"webpage" mindset.

Google maintains a searchable archive of newsgroup posts. Try
http://groups.google.com/advanced_search?q=& and put "microsoft.public.access"
for this group, or "microsoft.public.access.*" for all of the multiple groups
(.forms, .reports, .tablesdbdesign, .gettingstarted etc.) in the box labeled
"Groups"; you can search for your name, for my name, for specific subjects, or
for specific message content. This service isn't perfect and has at times lost
posts, but it's a heck of a lot easier than searching Microsoft's flawed
webpage interface!
