I keep getting the message that my mailbox is at capacity

I keep receiving e-mails from by email provider saying my mailbox is at
capacity and I should reduce it to allow room for new emails. I have cleaned
out all the folders and am still getting this message. Is there anything
else I need to do?

Yes. Remove your messages from your ISP's server and only after undocking the Leave a copy on the server option in your mail setup options
