I keep getting an error in my toolbar

I keep getting a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in my right
toolbar. when i hover over it, it produces a windows security alert error
prompting me to download a spyware remover. when i click, it takes me to
"amaena.com" for a spyware download. This doesn't seem right and every scna i
run brings back no results. This error window keeps popping up every 2
minutes. How do I stop it? Is it really microsoft product?

You need specialist help.

Run anti-spyware and an anti-virus scans. Then download and run Hijack
This and post the Hijack This to a specialist forum.
