I have 2 userids. Can I synchronize my 2 calendars?

V

Vele2000plus

Both are Microsoft Exchange Server accounts. They are in my work
environment. We use Active Directory and our mailing servers are Exchange
Servers 2003. My two Outlook are 2003 and I don't use pst files (all mail,
contacts, calendar etc are being kept in mailboxes - on the server).

Of course both userids have full access to each others mailbox (by both
"Security" permissions and "Exchange Advanced - Mailbox Rights" permissions).

Thank you in advance,

There might be some 3rd party tools that would sync them. Do you have both
open in the same profile?

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync-mail.asp for utilities that might
work.

I installed a 3rd party tool called "OfficeCalendar", but didn't expemented
that much, as I saw it requires a public ip address. We do have a pool of
them in our company, but I would like to avoid using one of them. Besides if
I did, then difficult issues regarding network security would come up (the
OfficeCalendar server should be placed in a secure zone in our network, some
ports should be opened in our firewalls, some NAT's should possibly be
implemented, etc).

The point is, if there is any way to do it through Microsoft Exchange or
Outlook or other Microsoft tools/applications.

Or at least, if there is any way to do it without having to expose any
machines of our network directly to internet....

Note: Both calendars are meant to by used by 2 different users in 2
different PCs.

You don't need officecalendar if you have Exchange. You need a tool like
the Add2 tools (listed at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync-mail.asp)
You can open the other calendar in your profile and overlay them (if using
outlook 2007) but to actually copy appointments between calendars you need
to use a utility.
