I get a '+' when I attempt to drag the Banner Ad Manager function.

In Frontpage 2003 Help, instructions on adding the Banner Ad Manager to the
Insert Menu it instructs you to click on Insert then click on Banner Ad
Manager and drag it to the Insert Menu item. When I do that A '+' appears
with it and it doesn't move the Banner Ad Manager to the Insert menu.

I'm running XP Home w/Frontpage 2003 where it isn't default as an option in
the Insert Menu.

Try inserting it under Insert | and select the Component submenu. Do have FP2003 installed at the
moment, so I can not give the exact submenu.

Also keep in mind that many users of Windows XP and IE 6 do have the ability to see/run Java Applets
unless they have gone to the Sun Java web site, downloaded and install Sun's Java Virtual Machine.
This also applies the FP Java Hover Button applet.

That help allowed me to insert it on the toolbars, not under the 'Insert'
tab; and now the ad banner doesn't exactly work perfectly. I can set it up
under FP2003; but when published it only shows the box and temporarily
flashed the Java Coffee cup in upper left hand corner of box, with nothing
appearing in the box itself. I'm using .jpg files for the ad banner, which
I've used in the past.
Thanks for your help and I await a response to this as well.

Do you have a Java Virtual Machine installed? Many user of Windows XP and IE6 no longer have the
ability to run Java applet unless that have installed the Sun JVM.
