Hello all. I am attempting this question again.
I use Internet Explorer 6.0 on my lap top that has had all updates from
Microsoft. i had it set to auto and downloaded a bunch yesterday (mostly
office 03)
The Problem; Certain Websites (Ebay for example but NOT limited to this
site) do not allow me to view the site fully. I get the little red x's where
picture would be and messages that I am not permitted to view the site (error
404). The site partially comes up and looks as if it is complete.
I keep pretty good care of my computer. I use CCleaner (off majorgeek.com)
to keep it clean as well as some other programs off majorgeek (anti-virus,
spyware utilities) BUT this problem occured and I cannot find out why.
I tried to use AOL Explorer and everything worked fine when I used that
browser. AOL Explorer not as easy in the usability aspect and would greatly
prefer IE.
I REALLY hope somebody can help me with this problem. Any and all advice
will be greatly appreciated. I would like to have the problem fixed so I can
use EBay over the weekend.
