I tried to save my computer from ad-ware yesterday and one of the programs
changed my log in so I now have to press ctrl-alt-delete everytime I restart
the computer to get access to the login screen. Since I'm disabled I can't
press ctrl-alt-delete. How do I remove this and get it back to the way it
were, with the login screen directly

Go to Start/Run. Type in "control userpasswords2" (without the
quotes). Go to the Advanced tab and uncheck Secure Logon.
