I do not have a language pack (english) how do I get it?

My friend installed Word (and word only) on my computer. I began using it and
when I tried to use the Thesaurus it said I didnt have one, same with
Dictionary. I went to Microsoft Office Tools and all it said I had was
diagnostics. How can I get the english language pack? I no longer have access
to the original disc.
