I do i limit the size of a form in Access 2007?

I am a new Access 2007trying to limit the size of a newly created form;
however, when i I try limiting the form size in design mode and select veiw
form it still takes up the entire screen.

Is there any easy way to limit the size of the form or is this a issue with
2007?

This is actually caused by a special database option. Under Access Option
--> Current Database --> Document Window Options --> check the Overlapping
Windows option.
