I CANT VIEW CELL/TEXT COLOR UNLESS IN PRINT PREVIEW

i can only see cell/text color when in print preview....any idea how to view
on working screen?

Check to see if high contrast is turned on in windows>start>control
panel>accessibility options under display, if so deselect it.
