I can't use tablet pc component anymore

Some time ago I turned off "Tablet Input Service" from services, now I
need snippping tool, so I turned it back on, unfortunately it doesn't
work, I can't find it in start/all programs/accessories :-(


I also tried "turn windows features on or off"(Control
Panel\Programs and Features)to activate "tablet pc optional components"
but after some minutes it answers me with a generic "An error has
occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed"

Is there any way to understand what the problem is?

Possibly one of the dependencies isn't running:

All those three services are running(status: started)

Then I'm sorry but I don't know. Perhaps posting in a Tablet PC group will
get you results.
