I can't update SQL server 2005 and can't access database in BC man

I have tried several times but can can not install "Security Update for SQL
Server 2005 Service Pack 2 (KB948109). I also get a "Cannnot display the
folder. This action cannot be completed because Business Contact Manager
cannot access the database. The database is currently stopped." when I try
to open Business contact manager files. Here is the Hotfix.exe error message:

Can someone help to decipher this an help me fix the problem. Is SQL server
corrupted? Do I need to reinstall it?

Try starting the sql server Windows service.
