i can't send my email via outlook!

Hello! i got some problem with microsoft outlook please help me! thanks!
when i send a mail, everytime will get undelivered mail!
i try system restore but when i can send a few mail but after that also
block and get undelivered mail!

So have you tried sending your test e-mail to somewhere ELSE? The
recipient you keep sending to might be using DNSBLs (DNS blacklists) to
eliminate spam, and your IP address (218.111.25.144) is on some
blacklists; see http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=218.111.25.144.

If you want help on a message that says your e-mail is undeliverable
then show the ACTUAL message (you can munge out your e-mail address, if
included in the message). All you've provided for details is "don't
work" and that is way too vague.
