I CANT SEND EMAILS

Hello
I just finally set up my window email yesterday. I can receive all my emails
but can not send one.

It says: An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'photos', Account:
'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 217.12.11.66
(217.12.11.66:25), connect error 10060', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

Note that I don't understand technical things and I have no idea what to do.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to the Advanced tab of the Yahoo account and change port 25 to 587.

On the server tab select the 'outgoing server requires authentication' check
box

tools>accounts>select yahoo account>properties

Did you enable POP on your account at the website? http://uk.my.yahoo.com/
Top right corner after you login to your account>Inbox>options>mail
options>enable POP.

Also remember to select 'leave a copy of messages on the server', in your WM
Account>advanced tab, if you want to access mail in both places at some
time.

Otherwise WM will empty your online inbox.

Don't just say " I have the same problem ". The symptom may look the same,
the " cause " can be day and night.
Copy and post the ENTIRE error message here.

That's not the complete error message. It looks like you paraphrased
fragments of the actual error message.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the verbatim error message.

Also, which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.
