I cant send emails I keep getting an error report.

I can recieve emails, but I cant send them out I keep getting this email
error report..., The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(e-mail address removed) 12/30/2005 3:22 PM
553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts.

Valerie,

Whatever the problem is please check in your "Outbox" for a message that may
not be visible until you look there.

If a message cannot be sent it will sit in the outbox and OE will try to
send it every time, this causes the error and results in mail stacking up
behind the bad one. Even if you fix a problem this can still cause you to
waste a lot of time ...
