I can't seem to close Office enterprise 2007

Hello folks, I have Office Enterprise 2007 on my computer. When I try to
close word or powerpoint by clicking the "X" icon or by using the menue for
close I get an error
Message window. Then when I close the error message window out the
applicatons reboots up. I can't close out the applications without a complete
restart on my computer. Help!

Hi LJ,

What EXACTLY is the error message? Maybe you should try a repair of the
install and see if that clears it up.

Got the answer! In the error message a box was checked to restart the
programs. That is why I kept going in a loop.
