I can't see display adapter on device manager

I built an image for an intel DG41RQ motherboard.

In device manager I can't see display adapter so I can't install it
(installation program fail to instal it).
What component did I miss?

(If I put the disk with Xp professional installed on the motherboard , I
can see display adapter is correctly installed)
