I can't see anymore the remote RDP sessions trough TSM

Hi there,
I used to monitoring RDP Sessions trough 'Terminal Services Manager'.
Suddenly, last week, the session tracking has been stopped!?!
Apparently with no reason, I can't see anymore the TS sessions throuh TSM o
via command line.
Any suggestions?
