Can you log on to the email server using webmail instead of Windows Mail
and look for it there? Your English is considerably better than my German,
so I'm very unlikely to help you find the web site to use for webmail.

You might want to send yourself a short message, to make sure there
is a message waiting for you to find it.

Also, being unable to get any incoming mail in Windows Mail, but not
getting any error messages, often means the problem is due to interference
from an antivirus program. What if any antivirus programs do you have,
and have you ever had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program on that
computer?

I can't login to the e-mail server, too.
I have the Kaspersky Security Suite...

I'm not familiar with the Kaspersky Security Suite. However, for
many antivirus programs, disabling email scanning and leaving it
disabled makes them less likely to cause problems in Windows
Mail, so you might want to check if it gives you that option.

Also, you might need to ask your email provider for their
instructions on how to set up to use their email servers,
and use these instructions when you remove your email
account under Windows Mail, then restart Windows Mail
and add the account again.

Thank You.
My dad called the e-mail provider and the problem ist by the main-server.
The curios thing was...that i can check my e-mails, thats why i searched the
problems by the computer:)
Thank You very much
Bye

You're welcome.

Incoming and outgoing mail often goes to separate server names, and
therefore possibly to separate machines. This leads to the possibility
that one of the machines stops working, but the other one still works.
