i can't receive any email !!?

Hi all of you
ok i have aproblem to receive emails i have system win2003 with Exchange 2003
when i try to click send and receive button from microsoft outlook 2003 i
don't get any thing !! i can send a message to any one but i can't receive
any email from any one i configured my Exchange 2003 step by step also i
enabled port 25 and 110 for smtp and pop3 from my router and from routing and
remote access. i used telnet command and the resulte was secccessfull also i
used portgry command
portqry -n MyMailServer -p tcp -e 25 and i got the result the port 25 is :
listening
i don't know why i can send email but i can't receive any thing there is
any one out there could help me i spend now over a week trying to solve the
problem .. please help .

I suggest you try and Exchange group to test the configuration of your
server.
