I can't open Outlook!

Every time I try to open Outlook 2003, I always get the message "Cannot start
Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of
folders could not be opened."

How do I fix this so that I can open Outlook?

Create a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
Profiles->New.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
