When I recieve a forwarded email, a little envelope shows up in the
Attachments box with the name of the forwarded email, but I can't open it. I
have clicked on it, saved it, checked all my settings and I still can't open
them. Right now I have to forward the email to someone else or my personal
accout (they are coming into my work accout) to open them and then send them
back to myself with the informaiton in the body of the text.

Either uninstall Google Desktop Search or disable it from indexing Outlook items.

Do you have Google Desktop Search installed?
