I cant install software/games in XP

when i double click the setup file it will pop up tis sentence.

- Error 1719. Windows Installer service could not be accessed. Contact your
support personnel to verify that it is properly registered and enabled.

If i double click on the installer, loading after sometime it will pop this
- The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. THis can ooccur if
you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows installer is not
correctly installed.

Im not in safe mode of cos and i already download the window installer and
install, but still the same.

any 1 know how to fixed it?

Re-register the Windows Installer by following the Method 1 instructions in
the Resolution section of this MSKB article:

"Error 1719: The Windows Installer service could not be accessed" error
message when you try to add or remove a program

i try both way already, but it stil lcan work.. .T_T... still have any idea
