I can't get Windows Vista to Work. Help!!

I've read the threads & don't find one that matches. I have a new laptop,
Windows Vista, DSL connection, msn.com e-mail address.
I used Internet Connection Wizard for web-based e-mail.
When I try to use it it tells me the new Internet Acct. isn't created yet.
I've re-run the program & that didn't help.
Yet when I manually check for identity import it tells me it's already
there. I'm going crazy.
I don't have Norton if that applies. I have AVG.
Help me please

WinMail won't do HTTP (Web) mail. Get Windows Live Mail:

Windows Mail won't connect to MSN or to web-based mail. Also,
it won't do much with identities besides import them.

I think Windows Live Mail can connect to MSN. You might want
to ask in the newsgroup for it:

microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

If you have other problems with Vista, other than your email
program, you are likely to find a better match in newsgroup:
