I cant get my printer to work in outlook works fine in express

I have been printing fine in outlook express but now I get an error: cannot
load library dlbaprp.dll error 126

Well I just found a update to outlook 2007 It is called a tech refresh I
believe and when I did that Now it will print. But when I hit print button It
still gives me a "cant load library" message but if I keep hitting "ok" it
will after a few times print.
