I can't find anything!!

There is one search box for finding everything: Click the Start button and
choose Search (like in XP). The other search boxes are for more specialized
keystroke-by-keysroke searches within a smaller range locations (indexed
searching).

It's a lot quicker and a lot easier, once you learn to use it. For the
basics click Start, choose Help and Support, click Find my Files and
Folders.

P.S. Your recendly downloaded file is wherever you put it, most likely your
Downloads folder. If you pay attention to where you're putting things when
you first save them, you won't have to use Search to find them because
you'll already know where they are.

There are so many search boxes.
the latest thing I can't find is my recently downloaded file.

Earlier it was reycyle bin... the list goes on.

Why can't there be ONE search box that finds whatever you type in? This is
NOT easier.

Anyhow where is my recently downloaded file?

Given that you downloaded the file to the default location, you will
find it in your personal folder under Downloads.

Click start orb and click your username on the top right pane.
There should be a link to Downloads.

If you have chosen a different location when you downloaded the file,
you can try to download another file, and note where it´s going to
place the file.
