I CAN'T "BURN' MY CD

I WOULD LIKE 'BURN' SOME CD, BUT I CAN'T DO THAT, MY PC DO
NOT RECOGNIZE THE DISC COMPACT RECORDABLE/REWRITABLE. CAN
