I have been following this thread. I have dsl with sprint and using
earthlink. I can send email through earthlink but not Outlook 2000. I have
added outlook to the firewall exceptions, check the authentication box, have
25 as a port, and am sure the ip addresses are correct (provided by Sprint).
When I send an email it goes in the outbox and just doesn't get sent. Every
so often, I get a little notification balloon from my toolbar that says there
is a windows systm error. There is an IP address conflict with another system
on the network. Nothing happens when I click on the balloon and I can't
figure out what icon is generating the message. I am running SP2. Any
suggestions?
