What error message do you receive ? can you open the .tif file if you save it
to your desktop ? what version of outlook are you using, what operating
system is this on??

OS: Windows XP Professional
OUTLOOK: 2003 SP2
I am unable to save it, print it, or open it. The error reads: "Can't
create file: Document.tif. Right-click the folder you want to create the file
in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions
for the folder."

I am an administrator on the system.

Create a tif file from paint and send it to yourself in outlook, see if you
can open this?

I created the file in paint and named it "document.tif". I went into outlook
to send it to myself and I received the error code mentioned below when I
attempted to attach the file.

Ok was'nt expecting that to happen, can you open the .tif file you created
outside of outlook, try running a detect and repair on outlook in the help
menu.

After running "Detect and Repair" and selecting "Restore Defaults" this
corrected my problem. Thank You.
