i can send, not receive

i have an upgraded yahoo account. mail was working fine, now i keep getting
this error message.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90

Are you a Yahoo Plus subscriber?

Disable email scanning by your anti-virus application. It provides no
additional protection, it may be causing the problem, and even Symantec says
it's not necessary:

You are not using the correct server names and settings for a Yahoo
'Mail Plus' account. If you have this premium "Mail Plus" service:

then use the special settings for that service:
